Incubators: it's all about the people!

Running an incubator is extremely challenging, and training programs are essential for equipping managers with the diverse skills needed to successfully lead startup incubators. A good incubator team balances the needs of several stakeholders simultaneously: providing needed services to startup founders, establishing and working with networks of mentors, experts, government agencies, and funders, all while working to be financially sustainable.  

ACIR has has been one of India’s top incubators for the past seven years and trained the management teams of over 150 incubators, providing them with the operational tools and strategies to manage successful startups and stakeholders.
